What a wonderful place. My mother had a very sudden and very trajectories accident. She fell and different a subdural hematoma and then a stroke. After her hospital discharge she needed rehab and she went to Arbors. What a group of lovely, caring and upbeat people! Cheri, Gina and all these lovely ladies really made all of us feel safe and I knew that my mother was in great hands. She’s almost back to herself! You need to be a special kind of to work at a place like this and they make this place wonderful.

We recently had to decide to place Mom in a nursing facility as she could no longer take care of herself. It is a difficult decision to make and choosing Complete Care at Arbors was the very best decision our family made. Mom is content and feels very safe and comfortable. The staff is very attentive, loving and provides excellent care. She is so happy and is thriving under their care. We are so pleased with everything that they do to make our Mom feel like she is home and appreciate all that they do each and every day.

In the last year our family needed rehab care my father in law. We were very pleased to be able to have him come to Complete Care at Arbors. The care was exceptional from the food to the therapy department to the nursing staff, everyone was pleasant and attentive. I know several people who have gone to Complete Care at Arbors and were very happy with the care that they received. So, when I recently needed several weeks of IVs and physical therapy I chose Arbors. I’m glad that I did. The nursing staff on the Evergreen unit, dietary, and housekeeping were all very responsive to my needs and concerns. And the therapy department, especially Mark the physical therapist, were incredible. They are so good with the residents that they care for and work with. Mark’s knowledge and skills along with encouragement helped me to quickly get back on my feet. Faster than I expected. I want to thank Jill the administrator and her staff for making my stay productive and positive. I am now back home and doing well thanks to the staff at Complete Care at Arbors. Thank you all.
